Martin Martin was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, often referred to as the Paris of South America. At the age of 8, his family relocated to Miami Beach, where he developed a deep appreciation for both the vibrant city life and the coastal lifestyle that South Florida offers.
In 1995, Martin made South Florida his permanent home, establishing deep roots in the region. He married and raised two beautiful children, all while pursuing a career initially in insurance and financial services. For over 15 years, Martin specialized in implementing Wealth Accumulation and Wealth Protection Strategies for High Net Worth Individuals across Latin America and the Caribbean. His expertise also led him to serve as Multicultural Marketing Director for AIG's insurance and financial services group.
Martin's passion for real estate ignited at the age of 20 when he purchased his first apartment. This early experience fueled his decision to transition into residential real estate, driven by a desire to help families and individuals achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
Having lived between Miami and Fort Lauderdale for the past 28 years, Martin firmly believes that South Florida is one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas in the world. He often expresses his unwavering commitment to the region, stating he wouldn't choose to live anywhere else.
